Great Falls Studios Artists Boutique at Artspace Herndon
The Great Falls Studios Artist Boutique at the Artspace Herndon gallery starts today, November 1 and runs through next Tuesday, November 6. Hours are 10 – 5 each day, except Sunday 1-5.
At left is the entry wall, showcasing a mixed media Bluebells painting by fellow artist Jennifer Duncan, flanked by two of my wall pieces–Walk in the Park on the left and Currents on the right. We didn’t plan this, but we seem to be drawn to the same color schemes and the pieces complement each other beautifully!
The show includes work by over 20 Great Falls Studios artists, arranged on the gallery walls and displayed on tables throughout the gallery space. There are abstract and realistic paintings, photographs of people and places, digital images, pottery, jewelry, pillows, journals and cards, plus much more. It’s a good place to start your holiday shopping early, with something for every taste and budget.
Artspace Herndon is located at 750 Center St. in Herndon, VA. Many of the artists will be there during the show to answer questions and talk about their work. I’ll be at the show all afternoon today, Friday morning, all day Saturday and much of the day on Monday. Please stop by if you have a chance, we’d love to see you!
