My booth is all set up at the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival–Booth 107!
The show runs from 10-6 today and 10-4 tomorrow.
Every time I set up my booth is different–I’m really glad I had my son Matt to help me with this one! Halfway into the setup process, we discovered that one of the booths in my row was a few inches over the taped line, which meant that everyone had to shift about six inches so the artist next to me could fit her tent in her space. That meant some major rearranging of my wall panels and flooring, so I was really thankful to have Matt’s help.
It’s so amazing that the streets of a festival can be transformed in just a few hours (relatively) into over 200 booths, each with its own personality–it’s like stepping into someone else’s world temporarily. Who knows what wonderful creations you might find just around the corner?
I have some new pillows and table runners, plus some new small pieces mounted on canvas. I’d love to see you if you have a chance to stop by!
Looks really good. Hope you have a good show. Love you!!
Have a great show, Cindy! The booth looks beautiful! That black background really makes the colors pop!
