The Artists’ Atelier, the studio space I share with nine other artists, has moved to a great new location!
You’re invited to our grand opening reception this Friday, May 8, 2015, from 7-9 pm. Come help us celebrate and raise a glass to our new space. We’re really excited to share our art with you in this new, more convenient venue.
The location is right in the Village Center at 756 Walker Road, Great Falls, VA, just steps from The Old Brogue and Katie’s Coffee.
We’ve been spending the last couple of weeks getting everything ready–hanging art and arranging the space so we can show it off. These are working studios where we all spend time creating. Open hours are currently 4-8 PM on Wednesday and 10 AM – 2 PM on Saturday. And we’re open anytime the yellow “Open” flag is hanging outside, which is anytime artists are there working.
Please come to the opening celebration Friday, or stop in anytime the flag is out. If you’d like to schedule a time to visit, just send me an email at cpgrisdela at gmail.com and I’ll be glad to meet you there!
Mark your calendar for my next show:
May 16-17 – Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival, Reston Town Center, Reston, VA. I’ll be in Booth 908 on Library St.
Thanks to photographer and studiomate Walt Lawrence for allowing me to use his photos, especially the interior one that shows the space I share with mixed media artist Jennifer Duncan.
