I’m excited to announce that my artist profile was published online at the Arts Business Institute blog today.
You can read it here and leave a comment if you like.
The Arts Business Institute blog is dedicated to helping artists and craftspeople hone their skills as small businesspeople to improve their success. It’s a wealth of information about many different facets of being an artist and running a business at the same time.
Recent articles have explored topics including how to deal with difficult customers, how to evaluate fairs and festivals, whether to put your work “on sale,” and avenues for wholesaling your work. Every Friday they profile a different artist, and I’m honored to be the profiled artist today.
Take a look and let me know what you think!
So well deserved.
Such talent and the hardest worker I know in the quilting world.
Love her creativity with color and a needle.
Thank you for your kind words, Eleanor!
Great article! The photos really showed off your lilting, musical stitching which adds such movement to each piece. Congratulations on the article!
Thank you Vickie! I’m really pleased with it and happy that the stitching showed up so well. Carolyn does a great job putting it all together.
