I’m beyond excited to announce that Confetti has been accepted into the Fine Art Quilt Masters exhibit at the Festival of Quilts in Birmingham, England this August!

The show runs August 9-12, 2018 and is one of the largest quilting shows in Europe.

The Fine Art Quilt Masters exhibit is a juried section of the exhibit, displayed in its own gallery during the show. “The aim is to celebrate those quilts that transcend craft and demand equal billing with work shown in an art gallery,” according to the show website.

I’m thrilled to be one of 23 artists whose work was accepted for this exhibit.

I wish I could go too, but I have a teaching commitment that week, so Confetti will have to go on her own.
